A Star I R
If you are searching for the elusive combination of elite royalty pedigree, a proven show record, an impeccable disposition, and true outside versatility, look no further than A Star I R, affectionately known as "Star." Standing a strong and athletic 14.1hh, this 2022 sorrel mare is the complete package—built with flawless conformation, immense athletic ability, and a deep family history of western performance excellence.
Star is an own daughter of the legendary COOL N HOT (LTE $435,069 / PE +$14 Million+), an NCHA Hall of Fame inductee, NCHA Open Super Stakes Champion, and NCHA Horse of the Year. Her maternal lines are just as strong, being out of Chita Cash Cat, an accomplished NCHA money-earner of $53,215. This world-class pedigree makes Star an incredibly high-value asset for any elite breeding program down the road.
Star has the benefit of a rock-solid foundation, having spent the last year in professional cutting training. She is already translating that training into immediate success as she kicks off her show career. She handles the road like a veteran—hauling easily, settling into new environments without missing a beat, and staying relaxed through her warm-ups. She proved her competitive edge at her last show, capturing 2nd place with an impressive score of 72. In the pen, Star is exceptionally fast-footed, low-reading, and electric across a cow, paired with a massive amount of natural cow sense.
What truly sets Star apart from typical performance mares is her outstanding, kind disposition. She is completely straightforward, willing, and a joy to have in the barn with absolutely zero "mare-ish" behavior. Furthermore, she is far more than just an arena horse. Star handles herself beautifully out on the trails, navigating heavy timber, downed trees, deep creeks, and varying terrain with the level-headed confidence of an older ranch horse.
Whether you want a high-caliber cutting competitor to take down the road tomorrow, a versatile weekend trail companion, or a blue-chip broodmare prospect, Star is ready to step up and excel, check out Star and her video. Give us a call, we would love to visit with you more about Star and answer any questions you may have.

Aboynamedledoux
Aboynamedledoux is known in our barn as LeDoux. He is a stunning 2017 Grullo gelding that stands 15hh.
LeDoux is an extremely kind and versatile gelding. He has exceptional ground manners, never pushy, respects your space and is very patient.
In the saddle he is light in the bridle, neck reins very easily and moves off your leg aids, no matter the riders experience level.
We have used LeDoux out on the trails. He travels out with a nice ground covering walk. He will follow or lead, alone or in a group. LeDoux crosses any obstacle that is put in front of him, from steep hills, bridges, teeter totters, downed trees and water. He will handle it all with ease and confidence. Whether you’re carrying a flag or dragging your kids around on a wagon, LeDoux can handle the job!
He has also been used as a turnback horse when we are training our cutting horses. My wife has spent many days pushing cattle around with LeDoux. He handles the pressure without any trouble and enjoys his work.
We also hauled LeDoux to town and rode him right down the street and through the park. The traffic, noise, hustle and bustle didn’t faze him a bit.
If you’re looking for a kind and well-trained gelding that is going to turn heads wherever you go, check out LeDoux and his video. LeDoux sells 100% sound mentally and physically. Give us a call to visit more about LeDoux or to set up a time to meet and ride LeDoux. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Easterdox Foxy Joby
Dreaming of an outstanding gelding with a unique color and personality? Meet Jericho!
Easterdox Foxy Joby, aka Jericho, is a 2014 Perlino gelding that stands 15hh. Jericho is an absolute gentleman in every way, whether on the ground or in the saddle. In the arena or out on the trail, Jericho has everything it takes to be your next all-around family horse.
If you’re looking for a horse that can check and move cows, head down the trail for a leisurely ride, take a ranch class in the arena, let your 5-year-old lead him anywhere or help your 8-year-old learn how to ride, Jericho is the guy for you!
We bought Jericho from the breeder, unstarted when he was just a 3-year-old. We trained and used him for almost 2 years before selling him. He was with the same family until this year when he came back to us. The only reason we have Jericho back is because I trained a colt for them and they didn’t have the time to ride both horses. Jericho is too good of a horse and enjoys his job way too much to sit.
Jericho has an extremely smooth walk, trot and canter, with easy transitions. He is a true pleasure to ride. He goes wherever you point him with an easy one hand neck rein. Jericho knows his leg aids and will respond with ease whether you’re an adult or child.
I could go on and on about Jericho. If you’re looking for a great horse to join your family, just check out his video! Jericho sells 100% sound mentally and physically. If you have any questions or would like to meet and ride Jericho, just give us a call. We would love to visit more about him.
